Fotopic has created a plugin which will allow Firefox users to search galleries, collections and photographs on Fotopic from within Firefox (as you would if you used the Google search box). The plugin is completely free to install and use, and does not require you to have a Fotopic account (although you can always sign up for a free account here!).

To install this Search Engine plugin, make sure your copy of Firefox is upto date, and has Javascript enabled. Then, click here to commence the install. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to install the plugin in a manner similiar to below.

After the installation of the plugin, you will need to select it in the drop down list in the browser. An example of this is below:

Having selected the plugin, to search Fotopic simply type in the keywords you want to search for.. for example:

To search galleries and photos using the same keywords, simply click on the tab in the square top left of the results page. Clicking on a thumbnail or link will take you the gallery, collection or photo belonging to that Fotopic user.
